Escape + Evade
Former Navy SEAL and Manhunt star Joel Lambert approached us to develop a commercial AR game based on his hit Discovery Channel show. In Manhunt, Lambert uses elite survival tactics to escape highly trained trackers — laying booby traps, false trails, and using deception to stay ahead of a “Hunter Force.” The goal: translate this intense real-world evasion into a cinematic, multiplayer/PvP mobile game experience.
We designed Escape + Evade — a tactical AR experience where players become rogue agents navigating real-world environments while evading pursuers or switching sides to hunt others. Using real-time overlays, traps, and deceptive movement, the game evolves into faction-based PvP, survival crafting, and team strategy. The initial arc features Joel Lambert as both tutorial mentor and target, anchoring the game’s realism and narrative progression.
